Diablo 2 linked to Product key for Diablo 3 CE?

Hey everyone, was wondering if anyone had any info on whether the diablo 3 CE product key would be linked to Diablo 2 that comes on the 4GB "Soulstone" that comes in the CE. Or do you think they will have separate keys? Thanks.

Think an unboxing video showed a separate card for the D2 key

If it's like the StarCraft 2 CE, the key is separate and will be stored in the USB.
