Did Fox's $15 DVD Set Plan Really Work?

I have recently been watching the Roswell S1 DVD set I got for $14.99 off DVD Empire a while back. I think Fox's plan was by selling us the first seasons for cheap we'd be hooked and buy more. I think it may of worked on this show, Roswell isn't the greatest show in the world but was definatly worth the $15. I am now interested in getting the 2nd season but I don't want to pay $40 for it (thats almost triple what S1 cost). Any one seen the 2nd season for a decent price?

noo i haven't seen any decent prices... at least not for Roswell cuz i haven't been looking

i've always been a futurama fan but a cheapass at heart so nothign over 15 hehe
 
Didn't work on me. I have season 1 of Simpsons, King of the Hill and 24, and got them only because they fit my cheap-ass budget. When the other seasons come down to that price, I'll get them as well ;)
Still trying to resist Season 1 of Bernie Mac
 
Well, I have not purchased any more of the sets yet. I did pick up Buffy, Son of the Beach, Roswell, Millenium, Angel....although, I have yet to watch them yet either ;)
 
Worked on me, I must buy 54 season 2 and 3.. but only if I find them under $20.. so.. I guess i'll finally see them in 2007! :p
