Did Pac Man World Rally got cancelled for Xbox?

funny thing is, there was a preview for it on IGN XBOX last week.
Based on the reviews, doesn't seem like a great loss.
However, all these Xbox games getting canceled really sucks.
The biggest blow was the recent news from Rockstar that the game "Bully" will be a PS2 exclusive and there are no longer any plans for bringing it to the 'box.
My big question for these guys is: WTF?
There's currently an install base of over 20 million Xbox system out there in country, so just because the 360 came out it's not as if most people dumped their Xbox suddenly and stopped playing it.
There's still serious money that can be made by selling Xbox games, so I just don't get this line of thinking (even the Gamecube, with fewer units than Xbox, is getting Pac Man Rally).
Hopefully there won'e be any more bad news such as this forthcoming (such as "Just Cause" being canceled).

Even if a game was purchased now by a mere 5% of Xbox owners, that's 1 million copies sold (making it a platinum hits by the PH standards).
And with there being so few Xbox games coming out right now, I wouldn't doubt that any game that was decent (i.e. Bully) would far surpass a 5% market penetration in terms of sales, making both the publisher and developer even richer.
So, my friend, your theory holds little in the way of water.

Nah, he makes since. NCAA 2007 for XBOX made the top five this month. Only big XBOX game coming out is MK:A. That's a definate purchase for me, and Bully would of been bought if it was still coming out too. Other than that, I'm anticipating Capcom Classic Collection adn Taito legends 2.
