There are 3 different cover art for Shadow Hearts: Convenant?

I've only seen the bottom one, perhaps the top 2 are international releases or done by fans?

That first box (with Yuri) is the Japanese box. And that second one (with Karen on the left) is a mock-up, prerelease box, I believe.

You can't always go by what you see with online retailers. Like CoffeeEdge said, most retailers get prerelease mock-ups and often times never change them. I see that all the time with Amazon and Best Buy.

The first two look like crappy fan-made covers, but they probably are just prerelease ones.

Yea overstock is really good for having the "pre-release mockups pictured on there website.
