digital code for ipad

I just bought an ipad3 and I'm planning to put all my movies through digital code. Is there any way to download it directly to my ipad without using or downloading to the computer first? TIA

If you can redeem the digital copy through iTunes, yes. In the iTunes app, go to movies and scroll to the bottom and hit "redeem" and enter the code.

You'll (obviously) need to be on Wi-Fi as the movies are quite large.

once you dl it, you dont need a wifi connection to watch it, right?
