They'll have to do better than just match. If something is the same price on D2D and Steam, I'm going with Steam.

Unfortunately unless it is one of the few DRM-Free games they have I wouldn't buy it from D2D if they only match the price. Steam = No tax for me while D2D = +tax. And their policy of limiting you to 3 games per 24 hours is not something I like either. I understand it avoids fraud but if you have 20 cheap games on sale that might only last 24 hours it becomes a bad policy. They really should really change that to a max of $180/24hours.
