Fallout 3 is going for $25 until August 9! I just purchased my copy and am downloading it now. Here is the link:

Steam had this deal a few weeks ago.

Just a heads up they will be releasing a GOTY edition that includes all the expansion packs so its technically cheaper to wait until that comes out in the fall at standard full MSRP. Otherwise you'd be paying

$25 for the core game + $50 & tax for all of the DLC packs [perhaps a few dollars less if you can find a good deal on point cards]. If all you care about is the core game then it really doesnt matter but chances are if you waited this long you wont mind waiting some more.

You will need point cards for the PC version?
