Dirt cheap PS1 or 2 turbo controller?

I am trying to find a ps1 or 2 turbo controller for extremely cheap. I need it as it is likely the only way I am going to get past the London push ring in Shadow Hearts. -_- Thus, it need not but new, but simply be working.
