Can someone link me to the site? My bookmarks got deleted and I'm sure that I have unclaimed preorders. Thanks!
Lol, I was searching for that too. It took me awhile to find that through google. Too bad it locks you out after a few trys because I was tried to find credit on old phone numbers I used to have.
Make sure your addresses match up perfectly between shipping, billing and what your credit card has on file. I had a similar problem with BestBuy.com a couple weeks ago. If their transaction process is savvy enough, it might even come up with a prompt asking if you'd rather use "this" address over what you've put in, always go for what they pick even if it doesn't look a single-bit different.

I've done this - everything matches. Still doesn't work. I get a notification from my CC company (Chase) that they've charged my card 1 cent (I have my account set up so that I get an email whenever any charge is run against my card), but they don't run the full transaction for whatever reason. So f-ing annoying. OTOH, it's probably a good thing. Gamestop is awful and I'd rather give my money to Gaben. I hope that person who posted earlier in the thread about Steam running the same DLC sales soon after Gamestop does was correct. Really want to play this DLC.
