It's unbelievable see this in these days.

I few time ago I bought a Gamestop giftcard, then I try to pay using the giftcard and PayPal, but the page crashes when I try to apply the giftcard code because I'm out ot the US, the checkout page shows the price in my local currency, and when try to apply the giftcard crashes because the system try to apply the amount in USD ¬¬

Then I have to use a proxy, everything was fine but I recive the queded message of dead. 2 hrs after I recive a email with "Our records indicate that you recently placed order number 2601027 with us at GameStop.com. Thank you for your business."

Now I make another order using a different payment ¬¬ and I have to wait another 24 hrs. The most probably is that order will be cancelled too.

I don't want your apologies, I already read your excuses, the game I'm trying to buy is Sonic Generations, is a worldwide game (and Im trying to buy this for the Steam Code), in other threads I read that you have to manually process some orders, if my second order is cancelled too, you should recieve my 10 bucks giftcard and pin via email, I already send you 19 cents via PayPal (38 in fact) so we will be on deal. I mean, after all that, you have to process orders manually right?

It's incredible how you're trying to compete with steam and your service is worst than the guys who resell the xbox live gold 48 hrs trial codes

You have time to modify my opinion but you dont have time to anwser something about the problem.

I send the link thread via Twitter, and they anwser this:

@GameStopDL: If you used a proxy, that likely caused the issue. We've forwarded the issue to support. We do not support proxy connections.
And then I response:

1st) Impulse Driven : Terms of Service http://t.co/QFPRaS9d dont say anything about proxy's

2nd) Using a Proxy I haven't problems reaching the commerce server Impulse : Support : Sales Faq http://t.co/16VmhZJD

3rd) You dont have suport for proxies, neither for using giftcard for foreings buyers
And they response:

I've forwarded your issue on to support. If you have any legal concerns, please direct it to them.
Im very upset about this, >_< I just cant believe it
