Do i need a new PSU?

I have no idea if i should get a new Power supply...I am Stressing out because i am scared that if at some point i am gaming on my rig and its using max power consumption it is just gonna go out. So basically i have a XFX ATI RADEON HD 4850 and the minimum power supply requirement is 450W. I have a Rhino Panther 450W PSU. Now i auto tuned the 4850 so its overclocked and is probably using a lot more power. can anyone give me suggestion? its either i spend $100 on a new PSU or a Logitech G9X Gaming mouse....but here are the specs on my computer and all the hardware i have it connected to.

1 DISK DRIVE
RHINO PANTHER 450W PSU

LOGITECH 2.0 SPEAKERS
AOC 22' LCD 1980X1080 (60HZ)
 
If it was me I'd play it safe and get the new power supply. I don't like running anything at max power... just asking for trouble if you ask me. Gaming mouse is useless if your power supply goes out on you.

Very much true.
 
I'd play it safe as well. Generally for your build a quality 450W power supply is good enough, but since Rhino Panther is likely not of quality brand, I would get something better. Maybe get something like Corsair 550W.

I would upgrade your PSU as well, as time goes by it's capacity to deliver that 450 watts goes down.

Just make sure you get a good brand:
Corsair
PC Power & Cooling
BFG
Antec Signature

are the only ones I would trust. Also try and search for the PSU you are considering on the HardOCP website. They do the most intense PSU reviews I've seen on the internet. A gold award from them means the PSU is absolutely top notch.
 
that psu only has 20 amps on the 12v rail.

the video card alone will be taking at least 16 amps of that.

there is no question of "playing it safe" and there is no choice to be made here.
 
I heard too that a lot of the no name PSU don't actually put out as much power as they claim. Like a 450W might only be supplying 400W or whatevs.
