Do Indie Gala product keys expire?

"REDEEM ALL CODES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE"... or something like that.

Do Indie Gala bundle keys expire like XBL keys?

Nah, most Indie Gala games are Steam keys and those don't expire. Hell, there are some games that aren't even sold on Steam any more and their keys still work.
