Do PS2 GH discs look different?

This must be a freak case, but I bought Gran Turismo 3 Greatest Hits and the package is typical...

You bought the GT3 used? If so, the store might have pulled a regular version out and stuck it in a GH case for you.

Interesting. I wonder if the disc being different or not goes on a game by game basis. I bought FFX-2 GH, but I havent opened it yet, so I cant check. My Kingdom Hearts 1 is a GH and that does have a red stripe on the disc.
 
Is the red stripe on the gt3 case printed on or is it a sticker? I know when games are changed over to GH, they slap the red GH stickers onto the cases of the non-GH leftovers before shipping. My TRU had a few God of War's and some other games that were like that.

Or maybe it's just a freak..
