One of these days I should play GH.
As should I. The fact that the 80's version sucks so much has lessened my interest in the series though.
I don't have a ps2 anymore so I need to find one of those pelican controller adapters that works for the guitars. They are like $15 so add that one I'll spend like $65 for it.
Dont buy it. I heard it doesnt work with alot of the features for the guitar and if you use a dualshock 2 with it the lag is unimaginable.

All legally purchased, of course 8-[

I'm guessing your collection dominates mine (in size) though.
The lag with the control is only there if playing on an LCD TV.
Which is probably what you have.... so.. never mind.

Well, I'll be in my new location tomorrow.
I ain't doing shit anymore today.
Jeez you guys, wasting almost 80 gb on music? Listen to maybe 500 MB of it...?
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this way.

I have a 250 gig external hard drive and a 120 gig internal so space is a non-issue and I listen to everything I have. Shuffle ftw. There's no such thing as too much music.

I have gigs upon gigs of Morrissey/The Smiths.
The bulk of it from live shows, many of which are lossless from either the original source, or very early generation.

Speaking of too much music, this would just about hold it all, and get rid of all my racks.

But damn it's ugly.
I may go with two of these instead, in black, I prefer them to be covered:

Found a coffee table I want, about $300. I can live with that.

But how the hell can they sell a freakin' ottoman for $500.
You guys are wack, I've only got close to 3gb of music now.
How is that even possible? Do you not have ears?
How is that even possible? Do you not have ears?
3 gigs is so small. I have over 8 gigs of black metal alone, and I have about 93 MORE genres in my library.

I only keep stuff I really enjoy listening to... I think my file for pictures of my girlfriend is bigger than the file for music....:joystick:

Its nice to have so much shit though, its nice to be able to have my collection be used as a library for my friends who spin (its nice to be able to hear my friends spin new sets each and every time)

Coincidentally, so is my folder of pictures of your girlfriend. [/dallow]

Yea, with the amount that I have I tend to be a source for new music for most of my friends. They get subjected to whatever I like on car rides, and every so often they like some of it.
Those must be the angriest, most alternative car rides ever.
pictures of my veggie garden coming soon
*lame joke about pictures of my cucumber*

Lindsay Lohan looks hot in her new mugshot.

MMMMM, drugged up women.
pictures of my veggie garden coming soon
Nobody cares about your vegetables, I think everyone wants to see your peach and watermelons!
Those must be the angriest, most alternative car rides ever.
I'm actually starting to get away from that stuff, more into Dalek and neo-folk now.

Know what bugs me about music sometimes? Those stupid sub-genres people make up for it. I've got a friend whos into nothing but 'early 90s crust french deathcore', and that music is TERRIBLE.

My new TV came today. The amount of detail is ridiculous (The Darkness/Rainbow Six Vegas/GRAW 2 running at 1080i =) but Philips can't set the default colors for shit. They're all washed out and shit. I think I can get ahold of Avia though, hopefully that'll fix it.

Zew, what do you use for movie watching on your set? I tried out the OTA HD channels and they don't look so hot, but it was daytime content so hopefully the prime time stuff will look ace.

I still need to hook up my Wii and PS2, I wonder how they'll look at 480p.

The new Guitar Hero is pretty lame. They hardly did anything to the GH2 skeleton other than adding some neon here and there. I'd buy 1/3rd of them or so on XBLM for 1600 points though.

"Metal Health (Bang Your Head)" - Quiet Riot
"I Ran (So Far Away)" - A Flock of Seagulls
"Because It's Midnite" - Limozeen
"Holy Diver" - Dio
"Turning Japanese" - The Vapors
"The Warrior" - Scandal
"Synchronicity II" - The Police
"Only a Lad" - Oingo Boingo
"Round and Round" - Ratt

"I Ran" is surprisingly fun to play though.

So Illinois banned smoking in public places. I love the quote from this fellow smoker in the yahoo article:
"First they make it so you have to wear seat belts, and now they want to put a stop to smoking. What's next?"
Preach on brother! fuck the man and his life-saving ways!

speaking of which....

mine's bigger.
Two in the pink, one in the stink?
why don't you post some pictures of you and your gf going for the shocker

jalapenos

and green onions. i've only been picking the smallest ones, the large ones are as thick as my thumb.
In reference to the pickles, I'm the coke can :(.
You could turn this around by saying "which means I go flat after 3 days," but you missed the opportunity.

Allo OTT, here at the SYR airport. Flying back to Boston tonight via LGA. Get to fly for the first time in a turboprop. I'm actually looking forward to it.
You could turn this around by saying "which means I go flat after 3 days," but you missed the opportunity.
Strell, sorry I missed you last night. I was exhausted. I will probably be on tonight at some point for our match if you're around, but not until around 10:30-11ish CST.

Ah yes - vegetable innuendo. I am hardly surprised to have walked into that.

Saw my sleep doctor again today. I was informed I have "44 incidents an hour."

There, now you have a quote to play with.

What that means, however, is that, on average, I stop breathing in my sleep every minute or so, give or take.

That is a lot of lost oxygen after 30 years.

I am hoping this surgery takes, and i won't need the CPAP...

EDIT: Is CAG ass-slow for everyone else?
