does anyone have a list of all the blue ps2 discs

I don't have a list, but I'm sure you can just look at the release dates of the games to give you some kind of estimate. All the launch games were blue discs, and most of the ones I got were blue until Wild Arms 3 came out I think.
No but most of the originals plus a few other odd ones like Romance of the 3 Kingoms 8.
Hey zion what's up? Is that your dog?

Any blue discs are games that are manufactured on CDs. Games manufactured on DVDs are the silver ones. You can tell just by looking at the back of a package where it says all the copyright stuff. It'll say DVD rom or CD in the corner.

Nope. No such list exists.

Exactly what I was going to say.
Rez
Tribes: Aerial Assault
Perhaps thats why there was no Rez re-release because it was a blue disc and they dont use the blue discs anymore.

incorrect assumption, they still use CDs just not as much as DVDs.

Hard Hitter Tennis
Mobile Light Force 2 (even though package says DVD)
Ridge Racer V
Shox
SSX
Surfing H3O
Virtua Fighter 4

I've got a couple more, just can't think of them right now.

No, remastering it as a DVD would be a trivial task. It would basically take one guy about an hour then a few more hours for arbitrary playtesting of manufacturing samples.

Here's some more, if interested:

Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex
Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 2
Freekstyle
Frequency (offline full version)
Mad Maestro
NBA Street
Sled Storm
isnt this list kind pointless?

...especially if no ones compiling it into a list?
Agree....anyway:

Tsugunai
Gradius 3 & 4
Blue discs have "compact disc" written on the back of the case, but I don't think there's a list of all of these games.
All of the blue disc games are the games that don't say DVD on the box. They CD or Compact Disc on them like CrashSpyro123 has stated earlier in the thread. :D
What the heck is Gran Turismo 2000? :p
It's what GT3 was when it was a PS2 launch title, then it was delayed and became GT3.

Ugh. Battle Assault 3 Featuring Gundam Seed.

I knew this game was going to suck, but I'm a Gundam whore and I wanted it until just a few minutes ago when I found out it was a blue disc game. *sigh*

WHAT? You simply refuse to own a game just because it's on CD?

Excuse me?

Its been done though. Contra shattered soldier came out initially on cd but a dvd version was made because of the complaning of dre.

This is probably why the above poster is avoiding the blue bottom games. If you are having this problem call up sony and tell them you're having "disc read errors" they have a faq about doing this on game faqs but to put it short sony fixes your ps2 for free.
