Does anyone have a picture of a GameStop.com Packing Slip?

::Update::
I decided to clarify the title. I just need a pic of what the paper looks like to show my wife so she can take a look for it (tomorrow is the last day to return). If anyone can take a picture and block out all the personal info and order number first obviously I'd appreciate it A LOT.

I purchased a game through GameStop.com and want to return it, but when I took my order confirmation to the store they said I needed to bring in the packing slip. I didn't see anything in the box with the game. Does anyone have a picture of one so I can see what I'm supposed to be looking for? Thanks in advance.

Last time I had them ship something to me, it was a thermal-label printed packing slip packed in the box. I'd have to find it to grab a pic of one, though see if that direction on what it looks like helps.

Sometimes it is attached in a pouch to the outside of the box/package. I think, actually, that they use it as a mailing label.

Yeah they said it was a sticker (which I think they meant label), but that's all they told me. Worse than that, they said it was exactly the same as my confirmation page except for the date which isn't on the confirmation page. The reason I'm asking for a picture is in case it fell out and I misfiled it somewhere I want to know what it looks like and to show my wife, who was the one that opened it up originally.

You could just send it back and not deal with the store at all. They'll pay the return shipping.

Every order I've ever received from Gamestop.com has had the packing slip inside the box. I'll try to dig one up and make a scan.

I'm the exact opposite. Almost every order I've had from them had the packing slip on the outside of the box. They used it as the address area and you have to take it out of the plastic to get the full packing slip.
