Does anyone know of an automatic image resizing program?

i need to make thousands of digital images (large files) down to 500 pixles high

is there a program i can have do this for me? i dont want to manually resize all these in ps or anything

This isn't quite what you are looking for, but I'll post it nonetheless. It's a powertoy for Windows XP, lets you choose various sizes for pictures (small, medium, large).

Oh, it can do custom sizes. Killer. Then this should work.

Anyway you can right click and resize any number of pics in a matter of seconds. very small and useful.

i installed that program but i have no clue where it installed to or where i can run it from...?

thats intresting, you just right click the image file and its in the pop up menu, very nice
