Does GameStop allow pricematching?

Actually, on several occasions with my friendly Gamestop manager they actualy have allowed me to price match...one of the reasons they can discount something is actually called "competitive discount", and is essentially a price match, however, they won't do it often, now will they match really crazy prices....but I have done it on several occasions (though none in the last few months)...

Gamestop will match advertised prices (like if Circuit City is selling Call of Duty 4 for $39.99) but they won't honor BxGx free sales.

It really is YMMV. It depends on who you get/ individual store policy.
