Does this iPod deal look legit?

It's a good price for the iPod video that came out like last month. I'm not sure if it's real though, because I don't know what the actual box looks like. I checked the apple.com website, and they have they display the box for the white version but it has white words instead of the gold font used for the box in the ad.

I emailed the seller and he replied rather quickly, saying he also has iPod nanos of various memory capacities.

It's not gold or white, it's a shiny silver, it looks legit to me.

That's the 80gig box. See the pic of Pirates of the Carribean on it? I bet someone got the new version and wants to get rid of their 30gig and is just using the box the 80gig came in.

Call and ask about if it's formatted and such.

FYI, Apple sells the refurbised, with a year of warranty for $179 for the 30 gig.
