It appears to be game-only, and it's the Japanese version, but it's still a great deal for those who haven't gotten it yet. You'd need a Freeloader (~$20) to play it, unless you have a Japanese GameCube.

I think I may get it....either that, or get one from Outpost or whichever site had the ~$30 deal.
