Donkey Konga w/ Bongos $19.00 at Wal-Mart YMMV

Didn't find this posted so I thought i'd bring it up. I saw about 20 copies each of Donkey Konga w/ Bongos ($19.00) and just the Bongos ($15.00) at my local Wal-Mart. Since it's Wal-Mart I assume it's YMMV. They weren't in the regular gaming section, they were in the clearence.

It was in the clearence section with the toys. I didn't really check anything else out.

The deal definitely appears to be YMMV to me. I stopped by 3 stores tonite. Two didn't have the set. The 3rd did. Price was $39.99. That still isn't a bad price for the bongos and game. I'd gotten one of the DK 2 sets with bongo's from a fellow cag with the GC sale so went ahead and got this one too so my other son will have a set of bongos too (and they now have both kongo games as well as junglebeat). But definitely not $19.99 here.

My Wal-Mart had 2 copies of Donkey Konga and 1 of Donkey Konga 2, that were each marked down to $25, when I bought all 3 on 12/28/05. I thought it was a big YMMV but I guess not.

I couldn't find it at the store I stopped at in Garland or at 75/Parker in Plano. Picked it up for $39.99 at the Plano store on Coit/Spring Creek.

You are ing me right? I stayed on the line at Wal mart for 30 mins and when they came back they told me to contact the toy department. I thought the guy was just and idiot who didnt want to do his job, i guess i have to call the toy department now

I may be interested as my Wal-mart never seems to have clearance that I want. How much would each one cost shipped?

I only have one extra right now, the cost of the game/bongos is $21 and shipping would be worked out when I actually ship it, because I have no idea.

My local Wal-Mart has DK with the bongos for $15 and I snagged one. DK2 with bongos is at $35 and they've been that way for MONTHS. I'm hoping they drop DK2 to $15 as well so I can get a second set of bongos and DK2. If not, $35 is still decent.

I went the WM today, and there was only one set of bongos, but they were only 10 bucks. I didn't buy it. I'm reconsiderin' since the reg price is 30.

I didnt see any of these in my walmart today (niagara falls, ny store), and i scoured the toys and electronics.

On an aside, this walmart store has over 3-4 aisles of clearance toys, they are running the special where if its marked a certain price you get money off according to the signs on the shelves. They have a ridiculous amount of toys left at our walmart so if you want something come and get it, they probably have what you want. I dont know how that many clearance toys ended up at our walmart, as normally its 1 aisle after christmas that goes on sale.

I picked this up a year ago at Target for $16.99 on their clearance endcap. Still a good deal now.
