Don't Buy from Gameznflix / How to get my money back?

I purchased a game from them on Jan 18th. I waited 30 days for it, before they finally said they didn't have it. I asked for my refund and they said it takes 30 days to process the refund! (Yeah Right! They just want my account open another month). I've demanded my money multiple times and threatened outside action, now they won't even answer back anymore. If it was like $10 I wouldn't care, but it was nearly $60 and I could use that on something else.

I want my damn money from them so I can cancel my account. I stupidly paid with my paypal debit card, so I can't do a charge back. I can't open a paypal dispute, it won't let me. So now I am just screwed, waiting for a refund I should have got 7 days after my order if they didn't have an item in stock.

Do yourself a favor and never buy a game from them. They are grease balls. Who says they have a game in stock, only to not have it so they can keep your money for 60 days and get money from your account being open? Assholes.

Damn.. that really sucks

when I heard about this company I got excited, it seemed like a great idea, I even bought shares of their stock and signed up as a subscriber. after using the service for 2 months it was awful... and their shares tanked, I'll be suprised if this company lasts another year.

sorry to hear about this, paypal wont' let you do a dispute?

I never purchased from them, but I was a subscriber for a few months. It was a joke. Their customer support is terrible. I'm surprised you even got a response. If they still haven't given you a refund, you could dispute the charges with your credit/debit card company. Do you have to keep your account open? I would think you could end your subscription to avoid a monthly fee. It's not like you closing your account would entitle them to keep your money.
