don't buy on amazon from this guy

hi guys i just got my xbox 360 last week and ordered madden 2008 and ncaa football 2008 plus two more games and got all of them but madden.The seller is not responding to emails and thinking i got scammed.How long should i wait before filing a claim.the sellers name on amazon is hlm0524

It seems odd he'd send all but 1 title if he wanted to 'scam' you (unless the rest were bought from different sellers.)

In any case, I'm assuming you've attempted contact at least twice, and waited a couple days in-between tries in case he couldn't make it to a computer? If that's the case, I'm send one last email saying if you don't hear from him in 48 hours, you'll 'sadly' be forced to contact Amazon on the matter. Then follow through. (Sometimes it helps to let them know you really will ask for a refund, instead of blowing it off. )

Yeah - it seems odd. Usually scammers go in whole hog.
