You would help yourself out by publishing the rates.

$15 worth of cards at $1 a minute wouldnt interest anybody. $15 at 1 cent a minute, might.

Sorry, it says the maximum rate per domestic minute is 9 cents, which makes these at the least, 167 minute phone cards. Hope that clears some stuff up.
