Am on around a $600 budget for home theater system for the 360, and was looking around saw this:

Was wondering if it's a good one for the price? Mainly just wanted to know if it supports 720p, or does only the TV have to support it? Don't want to downgrade from 720p to SDTV for surround sound. Sorry if these are stupid questions but I know nothing about them.
 
if you're going to buy a HTIB go with onkyo products. Best entry level stuff you can get for the price. They also have refurb products for even cheaper, refurbished stuff comes with a 1 year warranty I believe. After a lot of searching for a cheap HTIB onkyo is where almost everyone told me to go. Check out shoponkyo.com, you can get some good setups there on the cheap.
