Oh wow. AIs it just because they are all complete(box manual, etc), or do they already go for a lot higher then NES/SNES/N64 games?

The Virtual Lab game goes for $$$.
So does the Space Invaders,... not too mention the other gems.

Most of you probably never tried a VB out.
The thing was awesome.
Yes,... it had MANY problems,... but an incredible experience that has not been duplicated since, for under $5000!

I wouldn't pay that much,... but I DEFINITELY know some people who would.
 
I myself have experienced the fantastically unique virtual boy.

Back before it made me go blind and inpotent after it gave my children down syndrome, it was pretty fun. Every time I fought the satan boss in wario I did in fact poo in my pants, that guy is scary...and in 3d!
 
Yeah,... I remember when the Sega GameGear came out.

It was the same price as the Genesis 2 console.

I decided on the GG, and headed out to KBToys to pick one up.

I remember that day pretty clear.
There were about 6 sealed Virtual Boys in the bargain bin at the front of the store.

They were priced at $10 each,... and they sat there for about a year.

I didn't collect stuff back then, cause money was tight, working a paper route and all.
DAMN ME, for not looking into the future.

Well, I always bring this story up, as I had to pay $50+ for just the unit a while ago. I sold it though, after getting it without the accessories, and figured I'd wait for a sealed one to hit eBay.

Well, I just haven't felt the need.
I may start looking for another.

I'd buy it if I could afford it. I've always wanted a VB. They never went discount around where I lived. They got sold before the prices dropped so dramatically.
 
If it was $1000, I'd jump all over it. Hell, if I had the money on-hand, I'd probably go for it.

Yep, I'm one of the world's few unabashed Virtual Boy fans. I loved the thing.
 
Well im sorry to hear that... it really turned me off when i played it for five minuets and my head felt like it was going to explode and my eyes wanted to start bleeding
 
holy crap I remember when the hype about it giving headaches came up kb toys in my town was selling the systems for 10 bucks and the game for 2 bucks would've been nice to pick them all up
 
it looks like the first one ended last wed, the one I posted is a new auction from the same seller (the other one went for $2300.98)
