any good site where i can download tv shows for free i'm looking for the first two episode of LOST on ABC networks.

If it is, I don't see why it would be, especially with Lost. I personally download every episode of 24, which airs on Fox.. I think it'd be as legal as taping it on a VHS tape. I'm not going to give out the site I go to, though.
 
I dunno if its illegal but the shows usually turn up online within minutes of the end of the show. You shouldn't have much trouble finding this stuff search engines work wonders.

I believe the legality lies within the users intent and usage. If you're distributing the TV shows maybe. For personal use... I don't see why not. There were lawsuites about this type of thing back when VHS walked the earth.
 
if you wait, i am sure abc will replay it...they do it every couple of weeks...they also end up playing it on saturday a couple times a month
