I know PC version is noticeably superior to 360 version, but my PC has 9500GT which makes the game rather choppy here and there.

How's 360 version?
 
Yeah, it's suprisingly a great game. I'm still playing it as we speak (ps3). I looked at all the reviews and heard from some friends (360) that it's great. And if you want it cheap, do the bestbuy gamer thing with the $10 off coupon from dragon age $39.99 sale. Or go to gamedealdaily.com for a used copy for 29.99 I believe.
