Dragon Quest DS Games?

Was VII and VIII released on DS or are the only main Dragon Quest games IV, V, VI, and IX?

VII and VIII are only on PS1 and PS2.

And with the recent announcement of the 25th Anniversary collection, it looks like I - III will be only on the Wii to save them time porting over anymore games to the DS, now that the 3DS is slowly becoming the handheld focus of every developers' eyes. So far, VII and VIII are the only two in the entire main franchise that hasn't been available via a handheld platform.
