I wouldn't get too excited even if your order processes.  GoHastings is one of those sellers who makes an unfortunate habit out of cancelling orders.  They've done it to me several times.  Of course a few days later the game in question is back in stock, albeit at a higher price.  It's gotten to the point where I don't even try to buy from them anymore.  

The only seller I can think of that's worse is eknight-media.  The few times they don't cancel my order they will ship damaged merchandise, and even with prime membership it takes them a week to ship anything.  

How in the hell are sellers like this getting such high ratings on Amazon?

I ordered mine when this was posted and received it this afternoon. And it was in fact brand new I opened it to double check to lol since I know how hastings is with resealing or selling display copies sometime.

 
I just ordered it from them on 5/11 and it came in the mail yesterday, with nothing indicated that it wasn't brand new. The weird thing is I order Zone of the Enders HD at the same time and that didn't come yet.

 
Just to be clear, I don't think I've gotten anything from them that isn't technically new (though there's a certain odor when I open the stuff, and if they are resealing it I wouldn't have any way to know).  But I've gotten damaged packages from them before where the boxes are beat to hell, or even broken.  If you are a collector who cares about packaging that can be a real issue.
