The banner desinging give away is for current members. They design the banner and post it some where to enter for a chance at a 15$ iTune gift card and Eternal Sonata OST DVD. The giveaway for the game only requires you to sign up at Endless Nocturne.

Yeah, Affinative websites only send out a few news letters during their entire life span, and you can even turn those off if you don't want them.
