Dreamcast VGA box or VGA cable

So, I'm interested in finally getting a VGA output thing for my Dreamcast, and they seem pretty expensive on Ebay ($40). Googling has revealed one from a place called AliExpress for $25 but I've never heard of them so I'm wary of buying there.

Does anybody know of a reliable place to get a reasonably priced VGA cable for my Dreamcast, or have any experience buying from this AliExpress place?

You can build one for less than $20 worth of parts. Buying from Aliexpress usually means buying in bulk, but you'd have to be either a business owner or in a group buy to consider that.

Make sure to get a box that can switch between VGA and non-VGA on the fly. 

That way you can trick certain games into displaying VGA.
