DS Friend Code Banners?

I have been playing a bunch of DS Games on WIFI lately (namely Mariokart) and I have seen some pretty cool banners in people's signatures that display there friend code and the game. I was wondering where you make these? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Pretty sure people are making these themselves, but don't quote me on that. I need to make something similar at some point, or at least get all my FCs into one place.
