Thanks for letting me know this. I have changed the eBay buyer requirements to allow three winning bids instead of one. But you must have already established a feedback of greater than 5.

I do combine shipping. After the auction, I will send a revised eBay invoice to the buyer with the total cost of shipping.

With my recent batch of auctions, a bidder won two items and paid immediately. I just issued a refund to his PayPal account to reflect a combined shipping discount.

BTW, if you are a CAG and win mulitple auctions - I will only discount the combined shipping cost by $1.50
