DS System Deals

I want to pick up a DS but I wanted some advice on what would be the best deal. The mariokart bundle looks good (especially with 10 bucks knocked off using buy.com as a first time buyer). I'm hesitant to buy one used from gamestop because I'm concerned about the screens or the touch pad being half-arsed from the prior owner. Has anyone had luck with buying a DS used? Are there any other bundles out there?

If I were you I would hold out for the DS Lite. If you waited this long there's no reason you can't wait a few more. Maybe June in the US? That's the rumored US date.
 
Usually, you can find some sort of bundle deal. I grabbed the Mario Kart DS with Ultimate Spider Man and two starter kit deals for $149.XX almost two months ago.

I almost bought the mario kart bundle, but thank god I didnt because of rumors of a new model...

...now I waited and will get the new model. weeeeeee
 
i think you should just buy a ds at best buy with the replacement plan
and when the ds lite comes out pay a little extra to
replace the old ds to the new ds lite
(since people are saying its going to be $150)

i just bought my ds with the replacement plan a few days ago
now i heard about the ds lite

i have done this with the gameboy advances
Bought a GBA - replaced with a SP - Which then i replaced for the new SP
So this does work
