Dual layer games

CAGiversary!
Is there an official list of dual layer games for the PS2? I tried Goggling the site and the web but had no luck... got a buttload of hits on burning dual layer DVDs instead. :roll:
I think GTA:SA and Xenosaga are the only dual layer games I could be wrong though
As well as GT4, I believe :) GTA:SA isn't I don't think... Im probably wrong though. :oops:

A lot of PS2 games are set up as dual layer but only making life hard for pirates. When converted to a single file on a hard disk they come in at less than the 4.7 GB provided by the top layer.

Interestingly in regard to those using it as an example of DVD capcity becoming inadequate, Star OCean 3 does not exceed the capacity of a single DVD using both layers. Each disc comes in at 4 GB when placed on a hard drive.

If you look for compatibility charts for HD Loader and HDAdvance you see dual layer discs noted since these apps have problems with analyzing those discs and require the content be transferred to the drive using it in connection with a PC. Once the data is on the drive HD Loader is able to run it.

I'm almost positive both Champions of Norrath games are dual-layered. And of course, GTA:SA, but that's obvious. Just curious, why are you looking for a list?

There's been debates over whether certain games are dual layered or not, I just want to find an official list so that could be laid to rest.

I'm surprised that more publishers don't make their games duel layered, even if they don't really need to be (unless its not possible if you have less then 4GB, or however much a single layer is). They might as well make it harder for pirates to steal their games.
* sigh *

I was only asking for a list of dual layer PS2 games, not for ways to copy them...
That was offered as a source of information on game size, not an invitation to piracy. For what it's worth, every single one of my 110+ PS2 games is completely legit. There is nothing on my PS2's hard drive that I don't own a legal copy of same. The hard drive is to improve gameplay experienc enot to enable theft. Those who make an image on their hard drive and then sell the game are obligated to erase the image.
