Ok this happened today at my local best buy.
I am going to the customer service area to get a copy of my receipt reprinted. I kinda see someone laying on the ground, but not from a fall or anything, just chilling. Just as it's my turn, the dude gets up barks at the CSR who is about to help me and demands a manager saying "He's been laying on the floor for 8 minutes and no one has asked him for help!!!", then the assclown pulls out his Iphone and says he recorded those 8 minutes.
So the CSR gets a manager. This guy was wearing a hat, tshirt and a backpack and wearing sunglasses (this was a quarter to 9pm I may add).
I was tempted to say "You got to be kidding me to lay on the ground, recording for 8 minutes and want some "special service" for it?, but before I could the Manager comes over, and the guy barks at him saying he's been waiting 8 minutes for service.
Here I thought the manager was going to get AP and boot the guy for causing trouble in the store, instead the manager apologizes for the delay and they go off to the computer department.. a few moments later the manager comes back and GIVES THE GUY A GIFT CARD for the delay.... WHAT THE
!?!?!!?!?
