The mag PC gammer had the full version on it's monthly cd a while back. I think ebay would be the cheapest place to get it. I also heard that sound won't run in XP because it used old DOS sound drivers and XP doesn't have those.

That sound thing is true, I pulled out my old copy a while back, but stopped playing for the sole fact that I couldn't get sound.
[edit] Duke Nukem Advance for the GBA is a pseudo-sequel to DN3D...New levels and storyline, but the same basic game. It's NOT, however, a port (as I had originally believed).[/edit]
Regarding not being able to play Duke on XP: Now you can. I don't have the game myself, but a friend of mine who's a Duke3D afficianado says it works hella good: link
