Dungeons and dragons dvd problem?

I just picked up the dvd set from my friends store. He special ordered it so ordering another isnt really an option. Anyway, the book came with the pages all ripped out of it. They are still there and all together but the thing fell off the binding. I looked on the back of the dvd case and it says it was made by "ink and paint dvd" with this adress

The site doesnt have anything to do with that company so now Im not sure where to go to for the book to get replaced. Does anyone have any ideas since I cant return it to the store?
