Everyone is, I contacted Flixster this morning and they added it on my account. That's your best bet (use live chat option---http://support.ultraviolet.flixster.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=15266, also if this is from BR release they added it as SD so do not get off with them until they add the HD for you.
