So can Disney movies be redeemed multiple times again? I thought last I heard they made it so you could only do it once.
There is a workaround (loophole) which you can split the code into DMA and Google Play. Be warned tho if Disney does catch it you will lose your account.
I entered a Muppets Most Wanted code on my DMA account the other day, if someone wants the movie to redeem on google play send me a pm I'm interested to see if it redeems. The Disney glitch/workaround where you split DMA and Google has never resulted in anyone getting their account closed or frozen, these are all just rumors. The only thing that's been heard is that people who call Disney get the movie they're calling about taken away by Disney because once you call, they look into your account and notice the movie has been redeemed twice. Never call Disney over things like that. Disney closing accounts or banning them? There is no proof and nobody has come forward with evidence that Disney closed their accounts. Many people use this workaround because it allows for two redemptions. If you do buy a DMA or Google only code, then the seller should advise the buyer not to call Disney. The seller should refund the buyer if there are any issues with those codes (it not porting to DMA) but other than that, a lot of people use these codes and have no issues as long as they don't call Disney. People should be aware, but they should also know that nobody has had their account closed because of these codes. I guess it depends on what you decide though. There is also no way to tell if the Google has been pulled, as the new website shows it as a full code, which is really inconvenient for those looking for 'full codes' that haven't been used at all.
It's already redeemed, the code has to be completely unused for it to be split. Keep that in mind, guys. There are no double redemptions for movies you already redeemed unless it is DMA/XML.I entered a Muppets Most Wanted code on my DMA account the other day, if someone wants the movie to redeem on google play send me a pm I'm interested to see if it redeems.
That is exactly what I said. I never said anything bad happened other then when people called Disney and drew attention to themselves. But since this is a game website and not mainly for movies I wanted people to be aware there is a POSSIBLE risk and to buy codes with all the info. At least they aren't going in blind. The Disney glitch/workaround where you split DMA and Google has never resulted in anyone getting their account closed or frozen, these are all just rumors. Yeah like kanekiken said, the code has to be split before redeeming it on DMA otherwise it uses the code and it can't be split.I entered a Muppets Most Wanted code on my DMA account the other day, if someone wants the movie to redeem on google play send me a pm I'm interested to see if it redeems.
Yeah, someone above had stated that they would get their accounts closed. It's good to know that their has been no incidents of accounts being closed so people don't panic haha. It is good to be aware however. That is exactly what I said. I never said anything bad happened other then when people called Disney and drew attention to themselves.
