Well, after reading all the comments about "The Shield" in this thread, I added Season 1 to my Netflix queue. Never watched it or even know anything about it.

It is an incredibly funny show, but you have to be into the style. Not your typical sitcom. It is very smart and worth watching.

Arrested Development follows the adventures of the dysfunctional Bluth family after patriarch George Sr. (Jeffrey Tambor, in an Emmy-nominated performance) is hauled off to jail. Responsible son Michael (Jason Bateman) takes over, but even he's no match for his crazy siblings and sharp-tongued mom. Jessica Walter, Portia di Rossi, Will Arnett, Tony Hale, David Cross, Michael Cera and Alia Shawkat co-star in Fox's critically praised sitcom.
 
I'm debating on picking up Heat or not. I don't really have the money, but I love that movie. Maybe I'll trade in some old stuff of mine at Blockbuster and pick it up there.

Agreed. I bought season one for $15. Watched, looked around for a deal for season 2 and said screw it it is worth full price. I am on disk 3 of 4 right now trying to finish so I can get season 3 in before season 4 starts on the 15th. The funny thing is, I got my brother in law to start watching it and he missed a day of work having a mini marathon.
 
Hmm, my Target didn't have any Arrested Developments left. Does anyone know if Circuit City price matches "on sale" prices?

CC will match, esp. if you have the ad. Target is also good about issuing rainchecks.

Yes they do. Just bring them the ad or have them call the Target. I would personally bring the ad in since you have less of a chance of them denying you it because the other store is out of stock.
 
Everyone should get a copy of Arrested Development next week. Its unknown if Fox will pick it up for a third season, and strong DVD sales will help them make the right choice.

I still dont think 13 Eps per set is worth 20 bucks per set i mean 7 hours for 20 bucks NAH
