It's actually the entire store that's getting 40% off not just BF3.

That offer must be US only I can't see it on the danish store page. What I can see is an offer giving 40% off all EA games until December 25th or so IF you buy FIFA 12.
Would it be a possibility to use a proxy to purchase US deals? Would a US copy of the game allow you to play on European servers?
