EA Sports Buy 2 Get 1 Now Official

EA are you CRAZY !!!!

Buy 2 get 1 Free "Mail in Rebate" plus $4 & Cut off the UPC. Its worse not worth for free game.

I think Sega ESPN games is RULE ;)

I think it is worth it to cut out a UPC for a free game. However, I will still stick to ESPN also....

It might be decent if someone wants the Nascar and Tiger Woods games...since ESPN is lacking in other sports.

8 weeks for delivery??? I mean this is decent with the Toys R Us B2G1 deal, but other than that this is weak...I'm hype, this is like the old school cereal box sendaways

Hmm, yeah having to kick in $4 for S&H stinks. And having to make two choices of the game you want in case your top choice is unavailable also stinks. I would hope not being able to get your top choice will be extremely rare and they are just doing that to cover their bases. And the up to 8 week waiting time...

I was considering coupling this with the TRU BOGO, but not sure if it's worth all the trouble.

I'm sticking to the TRU B2G1 sale, if it happens, since it would be a reach for me to look for three games to get.

EDIT: Woo hoo, 500th post!

fuk EA's expensive, inferior sports products. ESPN RULES. but seriously, the only sports sim i like to play is basketball, and ESPN dominates in that respect.

Sheesh...I didn't even read the fine print and this deal sounds worse and worse. You're not even guaranteed getting the first game you want? That really blows.

For all you "OMG ESPN is so much better" people I'd thought I'd let you know that ESPN doesn't make a soccer game, NASCAR game, or golf game. Hey wait that's 3 games, wonder what I'll be using this rebate for then...

You have a point. However, most people aren't inerested in soccer or nascar; most want baseball, football, hockey, basketball, and then Tiger Woods golf. So, yes, if you want those games thats great. The problem is most don't...

I ordered Tiger Woods 2005 and Live 2005. I'm gonna make FIFA my first choice and March Madness my second for the freebie : ) My EA Bio is at like level 65!!

MVP is miles better than ESPN
Madden is better IMO than ESPN
Im not sure about NHL games
We'll have to see which is better between Live and ESPN
March Madness is better than college hoops
and ESPN doesnt make an NCAA football, Nascar, soccer, or golf game as stated above. Thats just my personal opinon though
hmmm....... u can use a madden reciept right. Even if you bought the game when it first came out
No, there's another catch to this deal (which keeps getting worse and worse IMHO)

Games must be purchased between September 27, 2004 and November 14 , 2004 to be eligible.

Well, hot damn! I bought Tiger Woods and Nascar when they came out. Eff me EA!!!!!

...you must mean, "Most people in the United States..."
I would guess that EA sells more FIFA Soccer than it does any of its other sports games because it can sell it around the world.
It's the only one of their stupid sports games I want to play.

EA is getting owned by Sega...

it's even funnier since the 19.99 price point was met with such smug derision....

playin catch up now...

hahaha

Can we use the UPCs that's on the inside back cover of the instruction manuals instead of the UPCs on the box?

Anyone contacted EA whether that's acceptable?

www.wheresmyrebate.com handles the rebates, not EA. Here's their phone number:

914-633-0663

The offer number is #21358. Might want to ask if faxing in this particular rebate offer and the UPC codes for it is OK instead of mailing it in.
