EA Store--no "trusted verification?"

I am trying to ask a question about an order I made on the EA Store's website, but on both the Firefox and Chrome browsers, I get warnings about "untrusted verification." Should I be worried and avoid proceeding further, or is this just a quirk the EA Store has? Or does anyone know?

I just made an order with them today and did not get any warnings. I used our remaining "50% off Sims Cards" credit from Best Buy. Somehow I got free shipping without applying a code. I guess that may be normal, dunno. I got LoTR Conquest for $19.95 credit.
