EA Store purchasing questions.

Hi, I recently pre-ordered a physical copy of Alice: Madness Returns on EA's offcial store because there was a $10 coupon available.

However, EA uses a very crappy e-commerce platform, and I can't even view my order. Does anyone know how EA ships their stuff? I ordered a few days ago, and I still have yet to receive any indication that it has shipped. The game comes out tomorrow, officially. My debit card has been charged already. I selected "3-4 day shipping."

Well let's see what happened with my orders.

A year or so ago, I ordered Dead Space, Brutal Legend, and a few others I can't remember. They shipped fairly quickly, and I got the confirmation like the next day or day after.

However, a few months back (weeks?) I ordered Bad Company 2 Ultimate Edition for $12 in a special sale they were having. It took them like a week to process (note that shipping was free, part of the promo), and after that week I got the confirmation. Two days later, it arrives via UPS. They sent it as "time imperative" (forgot the proper term) and they used 2 day shipping.

You might be seeing the game in a week. If I were to guess I'd say at most by next Friday. EA has s****y processing time, that's like 1 or 2 MAYBE 3 days, and then there's the actual shipping.
