EA Tech Support - $20 Off EA Store - YMMV

Called this number 866-543-5435 trying to switch stuff from one EA account to another

They said EA accounts are having problems until around 3:30 PM CST today, and that they could not do anything until then.

He offered a $20 off coupon on the EA store. Not too bad, just wanted to throw this out there.

Yeah, it does seem wrong, I would say if you are having problems, use it as a motivation to stay on the line, good move by EA doing this
