Earl Woods (father of Tiger Woods) dead at 74

It's confirmed by multiple news sources (yahoo, etc.). I feel bad for Tiger and his mother. All the money in the world can't stop death.

That sucks . . . . But on a lighter note, does anyone remember that SNL sketch where Tracy Morgan was playing Earl Woods and kept on going "Ka-ching" whenever Tiger (played by the Ladies Man, forgot his name) was remembering what it was like to win the masters? That was some funny shit.

Yes, that was quite good. I thought Darryl Hammond playing the "Biography guy" was the best part though.

I was thinking the same thing. I remember they would keep cutting back to Tiger then his dad.

Tiger: When I was 3 my dad super glued a golf club to my hand He kept telling me I was going to be a star.

Tigers Dad: When he was 3 he picked up a set of golf clubs. He played with them all the live long day, to and fro. He never put those clubs down.

The person playing Tiger would be my man Tim Meadows. I remember that skit it was quite funny.

RIP Mr. Woods thanks for giving us such a great child that will be larger than life for many years to come.
