Earthbound SNES replacement box

bullet25

CAGiversary!
Unfortunately i was about 10 at the time when i got earthbound as a gift and have no clue what so ever where the box is now. I was wondering where I might be able to find a replacement box for earthbound. The only ones i could find where on ebay for like 80$ and I don't want to pay that much.

this is the one i am looking for.

thanks.

p.s. i hope this is the right section, i couldn't figure out what section it should be in.

Sorry, but I think you're out of luck. Just the box alone without the game is a difficult find. I say check eBay every now and then. Maybe you'll get lucky and find one cheaper some day. Keep in mind a complete Earthbound nets around $200+

Holy shit, I bought this when I was a kid in a park n swap for 3.00. Best buy of my life ever. Giant box and strategy guide and all. Back then I think it was only worth 50-70 bucks but this just keeps climbing in value.

I want to (someday) add this game to my collection. I wouldn't even be looking for the box/manual; I'd be happy for a cart from a pawn shop/garage sale.

I've played a ROM a couple times, and can *never* get into it. Someday I hope the original cart will hook me.

I started playing this a month ago and I'm about 75% through the story. I highly recommend it to any old-school JRPG fan. I will say the first few hours are a bit slow since Ness is all by himself making combat stale. But once your crew starts coming together the fun kicks in.

A good alternative would be to purchase one of these cases (holds SNES cartridges as well):
