probably pick up another copy of VJ2 for trading, and drill dozer for myself, other than that nothing else looks very interesting
 
There are a few games I want there, but how do I prove it to my EB?
When they had it during the summer they had a little section, but now they don't have one. How do I prove it?
 
Phone all the ebs in your area, chances are one of them will know about it. Then phone the one closer to you or go to them and tell them about it. That's what I did... one of the EBs denied it and got all mad with me, so I phoned another EB and they told me right away.
 
The games are auto over priced in the computer. Just try to buy the game and see what the price is. Just make sure the employee hits the F12 button to get any auto sale price. If a store claims they do not have such a deal they either have bought the games themselfs or do not read the email that was sent out last week.

Customer service. 1-800-800-5166 That always works.

I don't know about that list... I was at EB yesterday and the GOTD was Matrix: Path of Neo for $1.89, some other game (forgot, think it was a GBA title) for $9.89, and a bunch of Pokemon VHSs for 9.89.
 
so i went to EB today, and I ask them about the GOTD deal, and the guy is just like "uh i don't think we even do that anymore" so his coworker grabs this beefy binder, flips through it, and tells me whats on for today, i can confirm that all the titles already listed are correct (at least as far as i can remember) and as i'm leaving his buddy goes "thats ridiculous, how does this guy know about it?" and i was thinking "better question should be, why don't you guys know about it?"

Haha. Oh silly, incompetent workers. How is it that the dumb ones always get the jobs at EB?
 
same guy also told this kid he couldn't trade in medal of honour (sp?) cause he needed to ID to see if he was 17, HILARIOUS, told him to bring someone who is 17 to trade it in for him haha

It is stright from the email sent to the stores. Trust me it is 100% correct. Expect for maybe the last game.

..you DO have to be 17 or older to trade things in. Game stores are technically considered pawn shops. Or something.

The laws are different per district. It could be one age somewhere and a different age 5 mins away. Depends on the city district.

Hmmm....Pokemon Trozei for $9.89 is tempting. It's $44.99-$49.99 everywhere else....o.o Thanks for posting, I might get it....I don't know if the game is worth it though, but at that price...
 
They have been offering that True Swing Golf every single time they do this deal. Somebody at head office must have made a mistake and ordered a boatload of these...

BUY IT. It's an insanley fun and addicting puzzle game.
Similar to tetris. I got it at this price last time...
WELL WORTH IT.
 
I'm planning on getting it for sure, I called EB and they have it in stock, but they said that they know nothing about the game of the day deal being on right now. o_< I don't have $44, the price better show up as $9.89 when I go on Wednesday. Or else I'll....back out of the store pretending like I was never there.

LOL.....yes I keep missing out on it but, they keep bringing it back....finally got a copy today....albeit it was sealed with a sticker and was apparently the last one available.
